The Cynosure Group Promotes Greg Giordano to Vice President

SALT LAKE CITY, NEW YORK – November 15, 2022 – The Cynosure Group (“Cynosure”), an independent alternatives asset manager and registered investment advisor, today announced the promotion of Greg Giordano to Vice President. Mr. Giordano works within the firm’s private markets investment team sourcing, diligencing and managing long-term investments in founder and management-owned (“FMOs”) businesses across a variety of sectors.

Mr. Giordano has been with Cynosure for almost four years and has been a consistent and outsized contributor to both our private markets investment team and to the organization as a whole.  In the private investment area of Cynosure, our practice of promoting people beyond the senior associate designation includes both a comprehensive internal review and an external review where we talk with portfolio company management team members to get their view on the contribution of the person we are considering promoting.
