The Cynosure Group Promotes Bracken Seaberg to Vice President

SALT LAKE CITY, NEW YORK – April 1, 2024 – The Cynosure Group (“Cynosure”), an independent alternatives asset manager and registered investment advisor announced on April 1, 2024 the promotion of Bracken Seaberg to Vice President. Mr. Seaberg works within the firm’s private growth equity group sourcing, diligencing and managing long-term investments in founder and management-owned businesses across a variety of sectors in North America.

Since joining the Salt Lake City office of Cynosure in June 2021, Mr. Seaberg has been a key contributor in the execution of several of the firm’s most prominent investments, has positively impacted multiple value creation initiatives across the portfolio, and has built a number of strong relationships with portfolio company executive teams. Prior to joining Cynosure, Mr. Seaberg worked as a Private Equity Associate at CenterGate Capital, was an Analyst at Cumming Investment Company and earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
