Spencer P. Eccles, Executive Director of Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development, Steps Down

Today one of The Cynosure Group’s Managing Directors, Spencer P. Eccles, announced his resignation from Utah Governor Herbert’s office as executive director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED).
